Through three intensive modules spread across different European locations, participants will master:
- Advanced team coaching methodologies
- Learning environment design principles
- Community leadership and platform building
- Creative approaches to leadership
The Team Mastery program also includes one one-to-one coaching session with a head coach.

- we will visit the TAMK Proakatemia
- get the privilege to meet the founder of Team Academy and team learning Johannes Partanen.
- have a session about friend leadership by Heikki Toivanen. You will also get the to have your own copies of the books ”Friend Leadership” and ”The art of teaming” written by Heikki Toivanen
Part 2 – Spain, Basque Country, Bilbao.

During the session in Czech:
- we will visit the team acedemy in Prague. You will learn in more detail how to establish a team academy, what does it require and how to overcome common hurdles.
Each remote session is at 4-7 pm Finnish time.
The price for the Team Mastery program is € 6.980 (+possible VAT) / person.
If there are 2 participants from the same organization, all participants will get a 20% discount, and the price will be €5.584 (+possible VAT). If there are 3 or more participants from the same organization, all participants will get a 30% discount, and the price will be €4.886 (+possible VAT).
