Program Structure and Approach
Team Mastery is 1-3 month long online program. It consists of five half-day sessions (5 sessions x 1/2 days/session) done with Zoom or similar distance learning software. However, please note that each prorgam cycle is a bit different in terms on time-span.
As the program is cost-effective, orientative online program. It is a smart way of getting the basic knowledge on team learning. It functions are primer for team builders or educators who need the extra boost to take action in transition from conventional pedagogy to team learning pedagogy.
Fundamentals of Team Coaching is a intensive program. Altought it does have lectures and workshop -style working, it is interactive and relaxed. During the program’s training sessions you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions from the program’s team coaches. So, Fundamentals of Team Coaching is not a canned video, but a live, interactive program.
