Upgrade your Team Coaching process
The Advanced Team Coaching program is an excellent place to boost your own everyday team coaching process together with other participants and expert coaches.
In The Advanced Team Coaching program, each participant chooses a development project that they want to work on during the program. They then apply the knowledge learnt in the program into practice in that project. During the coaching process, the participant does everyday experiments on their project – and brings their learnings to share with the group for feedback and sparring with other participants.
Who is this for?
You can be on a longer Team Coaching path or just starting out. In The Advanced Team Coaching program, you conduct experiments based on your needs and goals.
In the Advanced Team Coaching program, you become part of a like-minded group who have a:
- Desire to develop Team Coaching approach in their context / role
- Mindset to apply learning, and combining that to prior learning
- Willingness to support other participants to succeed in their projects.

- we will visit the TAMK Proakatemia
- get the privilege to meet the founder of Team Academy and team learning Johannes Partanen.
- have a session about friend leadership by Heikki Toivanen. You will also get the to have your own copies of the books ”Friend Leadership” and ”The art of teaming” written by Heikki Toivanen

During the session in Czech:
- we will visit the team acedemy in Prague. You will learn in more detail how to establish a team academy, what does it require and how to overcome common hurdles.
Each remote session is at 4-7 pm Finnish time.
Program fee
The price of each Advanced Team Coaching program is € 2,480 (+possible VAT) / person.
If there are 2 participants from the same organization, all participants will get a 20% discount, and the price will be €1,984 (+possible VAT).
If there are 3 or more participants from the same organization, all participants will get a 30% discount, and the price will be €1,736 (+possible VAT).
In all cases travel, accommodation and food expenses to either Finland, Spain or Czech will be paid by the participant.
