Tiimiakatemia® Team Coach Certifications
The Tiimiakatemia® Team Coach Certification is a professional accreditation for coaches who apply team coaching in their work. It validates your personal expertise and professional skills, giving you recognised proof of your competence.
Tiimiakatemia® offers two certification levels:

Team Coach Certification – for coaches who have completed the Team Mastery training or similar program

Senior Team Coach Certification – for experienced coaches who have completed the Senior Team Coach training or similar program
Team Coach Certification
The Team Coach Certification recognises the skills of a team coach who has completed the Team Mastery training or similar program. At this stage, you have a basic knowledge in team coaching and skills, along with experience in applying team learning in your own environment. You’ve already worked in the role of a team coach.

If you meet the requirements, choose a date and register for a Certification Day – a dedicated day to showcase your skills, share your experiences, and demonstrate how you bring team coaching to life. In an open and supportive dialogue with other participants, you’ll present your know-how across different areas of team coaching, in the way that suits you best.

Senior Team Coach Certification
The Senior Team Coach Certification is designed for experienced team coaches who have completed the Senior Team Coach training or similar program. At this level, you have a comprehensive understanding of team learning and team coaching processes. You have applied them extensively in your own work and act as an active developer of team coaching practices.

If you meet the requirements, choose a date and register for a Certification Day – a day dedicated to showcasing your advanced expertise, sharing your insights, and demonstrating how you lead and develop team coaching at a high level. Through dialogue with other experienced coaches, you’ll have the opportunity to present your unique approach and impact in the field.

Applying is straightforward:
- Review the guide for your certification level and the listed criteria.
- Choose a suitable date and register for a Certification Day.
- Prepare to demonstrate your competence.
Certification Day is your opportunity to present your skills, experience, and approach in a supportive, professional environment. You decide how to showcase your expertise across the different areas of team coaching.
The certification fee is € 245 + VAT (if applicable) and includes a certificate valid for five years as well as a lapel pin.
