Team Coach Boost is open to everyone—no previous training in Tiimiakatemia® is required. You’ll fit right in if you:

Engage at your own pace, only the Boost sessions are fixed — Team Coach Boost offers a flexible space for shared learning, not another rigid course.
Through real-life case study webinars a.k.a. Boost Session, Peer Coaching between the sessions and Peer learning on our discussion board you will expand your international network of Team Coaches as well as develop know-how on different approaches to Team Coaching and Team Learning.
